Senior Product Manager, Accessibility

• 5+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience
• 2+ years working in accessibility
• Deep knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and EN 301 549 standards
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Familiarity with assistive technologies such as screen readers
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams

• Lead, create, and define Box Accessibility standards and pathways
• Create and review requirements for WCAG conformance across all Box apps and experiences
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure accessibility standards are met
• Work with product teams during planning to ensure new releases meet accessibility requirements
• Evaluate existing product patterns and improve accessibility practices across Box
• Own relationships with third-party accessibility auditors
• Act as the in-house accessibility expert, educating Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams and building internal training and guidance
• Align with senior leadership, report on accessibility progress, and partner with GTM teams to communicate accessibility status to customers

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week (hybrid work mode).
