Data Scientist / ML Engineer

The company has developed its own product, ContextClue, and contributes open-source solutions to the AI community. Addepto is part of KMS Technology, a global technology group, combining AI specialization with enterprise-scale delivery capabilities.

• At least 3+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions including Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI.
• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including OOP design and extensive knowledge of ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience deploying solutions in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge and application experience with LLMs (AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) and excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with MLflow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Huggingface, RAG, and MLOps.

• Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Understand clients' needs and translate business problems into data science problems.
• Design scalable AI solution architectures.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows ensuring data quality and security.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build and deploy AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Plan tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework using tools like Jira and GitLab.

Projects:

• Build a backend system using LLMs to transform technical documents into structured knowledge graphs for semantic search and automated documentation.
• Implement, deploy, and develop automotive data solutions focusing on document processing and integration with client infrastructures.
• Develop AI solutions for advanced source code analysis and content generation based on grammatical rules.
