Software Quality Engineer | Engineering Team

Technology Business Delivery Solutions in Albania is a strategic pillar within Deloitte’s service delivery network across Central Europe, providing IT services to Deloitte Member Firm clients with diverse expertise across multiple capabilities.

• 2-5 years of experience in software testing with solid understanding of QA processes and SDLC
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret technical and functional documentation
• Good communication skills in English
• Familiarity with tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Postman for API testing, and Git
• Experience with JSON and XML and backend data validation
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript

• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines

• Participate in all phases of the delivery lifecycle
• Review functional and technical documentation for test readiness
• Design and execute test cases including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Validate system configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Perform API testing and backend/data validation
• Work on test automation
• Identify, log, and track defects until resolution
• Support production issue analysis
• Document test results and quality metrics
• Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
