• Extensive experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Architect in large-scale, complex organizations.
• Proven leadership in engineering improvement initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Strong technical resilience with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience engaging with global, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving clarity and actionable plans.
• Deep understanding of engineering governance, design authority, safety, and compliance.
• Expertise in systems engineering and requirements management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.

• Coach Agile teams to adopt standard patterns and DevSecOps practices ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.
• Identify and produce engineering standards and reusable patterns for global adoption.
• Collaborate with product management on vendor product evaluations enforcing engineering NFRs (performance, resilience, security) during procurement.
