• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Java Developer
• At least 1 year of production experience with Large Language Models (LLM)
• Knowledge of agent architectures (ReAct, MCP, orchestration frameworks)
• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LLM APIs, embedding techniques, vector databases, and AI observability
• Familiarity with specification-driven development
• Higher education degree in computer science or related field, minimum engineer diploma
• Ability to conduct workshops for the team

• Act as a Senior Java Developer and AI tools advisor
• Implement AI-SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP, and Copilot Extensions
• Work with multi-agent development support systems
• Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLM)
• Conduct workshops and share knowledge about AI security
• Collaborate remotely with occasional office visits in Wrocław (e.g., once every 2 months)
