Solution Manager (Supply Chain, transformation)

• 12–15 years of experience in a global, complex environment, ideally within consulting, BPO, or SSC organizations.
• Strong expertise in transportation and logistics management across air, ocean, road, and warehousing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain technologies including ERP, TMS, OTM, WMS, Oracle, SAP, AI, or RPA solutions.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent project and program management capabilities.
• Proven track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Confident communication in English and ability to thrive in cross-functional, international environments.

• Design end-to-end transportation, fulfilment, and logistics solutions for global clients.
• Lead multiple supply chain improvement and transformation projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Drive process optimization initiatives across route planning, load utilization, and carrier allocation.
• Support business growth through pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution design.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
• Leverage technologies such as AI, RPA, Oracle, SAP, ERP, TMS, OTM, and WMS to enhance supply chain operations.
• Facilitate workshops, advisory sessions, and executive discussions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
