The HQ Technical Support Team collaborates globally to deliver internal tool evolution, documentation, and training.
Wymagania
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to communicate with local and global teams
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technological topics and system behaviors clearly in writing
- High level of independence, proactivity, and capability to drive tasks forward without micromanagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to consider user perspective and strategic goals of headquarters
Obowiązki
- Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by global business units
- Analyze current tools and systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Translate internal business needs into specifications and coordinate implementation with technical teams
- Prepare and distribute internal updates and announcements about new system functionalities
- Revise, maintain, and update technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials
- Organize and deploy training cycles for internal newcomers and global technical teams
- Coordinate tasks in the HQ Tech Support queue, provide daily operational support, and validate new functionalities from a user perspective
