Technical Support Specialist - EMEA | Remote

The company serves over 1,000 partners and more than 40,000 clients worldwide and offers full-funnel analytics and data solutions for WhatsApp performance-driven messaging and marketing automation.

• 3-4 years in support / technical support roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, Science, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Solid understanding of tech fundamentals and helpdesk software.
• Language skills: English (C1+) and one other language.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Meta Graph API.
• Programming skills (SQL, JavaScript, Python, React).
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
• People management experience.
• Additional language proficiency.

• Provide customer support across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
• Collaborate with L2 support teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot WhatsApp API-related issues and resolve technical problems.
• Guide partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp Business ecosystem.
• Communicate with WhatsApp / Meta representatives.
• Work closely with EMEA onboarding and commercial teams.
