Senior Software Engineer - AI Coding Agents (Remote)

• 5+ years experience in software development
• Experience with Python (specifically FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis
• Experience writing functional and integration tests
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Build realistic developer environments including codebase, infrastructure, tickets, documentation, and conversations to simulate a development history
• Design tasks from intermediate states of these environments, including crafting prompts and defining completion criteria
• Write tests that accept all valid AI agent solutions and reject incorrect ones
• Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback by reviewing agent solutions, analyzing failures, and refining evaluation until robust
