Senior Software Engineer - AI Coding Agents (Remote)

• 5+ years in software development.
• Experience with core stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis.
• Experience writing functional and integration tests.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

• Build realistic developer environments including codebase, infrastructure, and contextual information.
• Design tasks from intermediate environment states defining prompts and success criteria.
• Write tests that verify agent solutions, accepting all valid approaches and rejecting incorrect ones.
• Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback, reviewing and refining until evaluation is robust.
