Business Analyst (Magento)

Univio helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models and implement solutions based on data and AI, including customer support assistants and personalized product recommendations. The company collaborates with brands such as RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed. The Adobe Team consists of 80 Magento and Adobe Commerce experts working with platforms like Magento 2, Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce), and Magento Cloud across various licensing models.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce
• Knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Ability to define project requirements (DOD, DOR, acceptance criteria)
• Skills in business process analysis and modeling using UML and BPMN
• Understanding of sales processes
• Knowledge of integrations with systems such as PIM, ERP, and payment systems
• Proficient use of Jira and Confluence tools
• Experience collaborating with external clients and producing business-technical documentation
• Fluent in English

• Recognize and analyze clients' business needs
• Select optimal solutions aligned with business expectations
• Collaborate closely with the project implementation team throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the development team in understanding client requirements
• Create and update business-technical documentation
• Prepare and conduct training for clients and system users
• Provide substantive support to sales processes
• Introduce and promote best practices within the analytics team
