Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce
- Knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Ability to define project requirements (DOD, DOR, acceptance criteria)
- Skills in business process analysis and modeling using UML and BPMN
- Understanding of sales processes
- Knowledge of integrations with systems such as PIM, ERP, and payment systems
- Proficient use of Jira and Confluence tools
- Experience collaborating with external clients and producing business-technical documentation
- Fluent in English

- Support the development team in understanding client requirements
- Create and update business-technical documentation
- Prepare and conduct training for clients and system users
- Provide substantive support to sales processes
- Introduce and promote best practices within the analytics team
