Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager
- Experience with Data, Martech, or AdTech products
- Knowledge of CDP, audience segmentation, and Identity Resolution
- Experience with Data Clean Room technologies (ADH, AMC, BigQuery DCR, InfoSum, LiveRamp, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GDPR / RODO in data management
- Practical knowledge of SQL and BigQuery
- Experience with Meta CAPI and Google Customer Match
- Knowledge of programmatic systems and Meta CAPI and Google Customer Match tools
- Experience leading projects involving management levels (C-Level / Steering Committee)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and creating User Stories with acceptance criteria
- Communicative proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
Obowiązki
- Create vision and roadmap for the data platform
- Translate business needs into functional requirements (backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Manage data segment catalog, naming standards, pricing logic, and publication of segments
- Develop Data Clean Room, decide on tool selection, and evaluate vendors
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team
- Define standards for measuring effectiveness and rules for data usage complying with privacy requirements
- Ensure process compliance with GDPR
- Present progress, risks, and recommendations to management
