RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in 90+ markets and provides Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions for global clients. The HQ Technical Support Team focuses on product onboarding, internal knowledge distribution, and technical communication.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Exceptional writing skills to explain complex technical logic simply
• Strong organizational skills to run onboarding cycles independently
• Confidence in public speaking and virtual meeting moderation
• Ability to take a high-visibility, communicative role within a global company

• Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and feature news on new system functionalities
• Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials
• Organize, schedule, and deploy training sessions for internal newcomers and global technical teams
• Host and present during global product rollout meetings, summarizing software changes
• Cooperate with global HQ units on educational and onboarding projects
