Junior Business Analyst - Internal Panels & Tools

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and operating in 90+ markets, RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term demand for global clients. The HQ Technical Support Team develops and optimizes internal panels and tools used by global business teams.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) for precise technical communication and global collaboration
• Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to design logical flows or system requirements independently (e.g., in spreadsheets)
• High level of independence, proactivity, and assertiveness to maintain system consistency while collaborating with UX and technical teams

• Shape the evolution and functional logic of internal panels and systems used daily by global business teams
• Analyze current tools, interfaces, and data trends to identify development needs, friction points, and bottlenecks
• Translate internal business requests into clear, structured technical specifications and requirements for development teams
• Evaluate feature suggestions from international colleagues, assessing business value, usability impact, and implementation feasibility
• Validate newly developed system functionalities and interface changes from a user perspective before global rollout
• Collaborate with HQ product development, UX researchers, and IT teams to implement user needs
• Act as the business representative of internal users, ensuring interface consistency and request assessment against corporate standards
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor internal application usage and propose layout, metrics, or logic optimizations
