Junior Technical Knowledge & Communication Specialist

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) using proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in over 90 markets and offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products to maximize conversion, acquisition, and engagement globally. The HQ Technical Support Team collaborates to deliver product onboarding, internal knowledge distribution, and technical communication worldwide.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to explain complex technical logic simply
• Strong organizational skills to run onboarding cycles independently
• Confidence in public speaking, virtual meeting moderation, and high-visibility communicative roles

• Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and feature news about system functionalities
• Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, wiki articles, and training materials
• Organize, schedule, and deploy training sessions for internal newcomers and global technical teams
• Host and present during global product rollout meetings, summarizing software changes for an international specialist network
• Cooperate with global HQ units on educational and system onboarding projects
