The HQ Technical Support Team drives company success by delivering high-quality product onboarding, internal knowledge distribution, and technical communication globally.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) for smooth communication with local and global teams
• Exceptional writing skills to explain complex technical logic clearly and engagingly
• Strong organizational skills to run internal onboarding cycles independently
• Confidence in public speaking and virtual meeting moderation
• Desire to take on a high-visibility, communicative role within a global company

• Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and feature news about newly deployed system functionalities
• Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials
• Organize, schedule, and deploy training sessions for internal newcomers and global technical teams
• Act as main host and presenter during global product rollout meetings, summarizing software changes
• Cooperate closely with global HQ units on cross-functional educational and onboarding projects
