Head of Infrastructure Operations

• Proven experience in a senior-level operations management role, preferably as Head of Infrastructure Operations or similar.
• Deep understanding of data centre infrastructure, including server equipment, networks, cloud computing, and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, including performance management and building high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across company levels.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure operations strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with product operations, procurement, and infrastructure design teams to identify operations needs, hardware requirements, and infrastructure standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the infrastructure operations team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Establish and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures to maintain high system availability and quick incident resolution.
• Develop and monitor SLAs and implement data-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize infrastructure maintenance and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with hardware vendors and service providers, ensuring support agreements and contracts are up to date.
• Develop and oversee the infrastructure operations budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of infrastructure operations engineers to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide career development guidance.
