Infrastructure Engineer (Storage/Backup)

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• Interest in learning storage technologies and infrastructure support
• Experience with UNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris), VMware or other hypervisors, and Windows operating environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-learn new storage technologies
• Experience with monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience or interest in scripting/coding for infrastructure automation
• Strong focus on quality and customer service

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Storage and SAN infrastructure according to business requirements and operational models
• Automate infrastructure tasks to reduce repetitive processes using SRE principles and infrastructure as code
• Perform complex provisioning, data replication, disaster recovery, and data migration for Open Systems Storage and Backup environments
• Provide high-level technical support for Storage & Backup devices, including SAN, NAS, and Backup solutions
• Participate in On-Call rotation to support infrastructure and systems
• Work shifts Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time
