• CSSA certification
• Experience leading system architect teams
• Experience designing process flows, agents, decision rules, and user interfaces
• Hands-on experience developing interfaces with protocols such as SOAP, JDBC, REST
• Experience working in a Pega cloud environment
• Good knowledge of SDLC best practices
• Good knowledge of core Java language
• Good knowledge of RDBMS technologies (queries, design)
• Good knowledge of basic security topics such as SSO, PKI, certificates, SSL
• Experience implementing Pega BPM applications following design and coding guidelines
• Experience in implementing DevOps concepts in a Pega environment
• Strong English skills, ideally C1

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably life sciences

• Leading a team of system architects for delivering different project modules
