Senior Rates Real Time Risk Group Manager

The role is within the global Fixed Income Pricing Technology team at Citigroup. It involves management and technical leadership of the Warsaw team focused on Fixed Income pricing services and Real-Time Rates risk system re-engineering.

• 10+ years of relevant applications development experience.
• Experience managing global technology teams.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep technical expertise in real-time systems and machine learning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.

• Manage multiple teams, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Control resources, budget management, and planning while monitoring results.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge to resolve issues and define standards.
• Integrate applications development knowledge with overall technology goals.
• Provide evaluative judgment in complex situations.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate externally.
• Assess risk in business decisions safeguarding Citi and clients.
• Supervise activities and enforce accountability.

• Implement non-linear risk in real-time rates systems.
• Align risk systems with firm-wide Xing/Xip strategy.
• Enhance performance of risk calculations for increased user base.
