SUPER PICKLE GAMES develops the physics-based PvP brawler mobile game Beast Bumpers available on iOS and Android platforms.

• 3+ years experience creating video content, ideally for mobile games or apps.
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Skilled gameplay capture including timing, UI placement, and effects.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS.
• Awareness of trends and ad formats on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into workflow with good quality judgment.
• Basic general art and design skills for store and marketing assets.
• Fluent in English language.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple concepts simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in games.

Nice to have:

• 3D skills using software like Blender or Maya, including animation.
• Experience with A/B testing ad concepts and analytics.
• Familiarity with UA networks such as AppLovin, Meta, and Google beyond creative tasks.
• Skills in motion graphics and visual effects (VFX).

• Concept, storyboard, and produce video ad creatives from idea to final.
• Capture and edit gameplay footage with UI, motion graphics, and effects.
• Collaborate with UA and analytics teams to test, read performance, and iterate on creatives.
• Run high-volume creative experiments testing formats and hooks.
• Adapt viral trends from platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, AppLovin into ads.
• Use AI tools to speed production while maintaining high quality and handcrafted art standards.
• Produce content for paid and organic channels.
• Assist with general art including store assets, marketing stills, and icons.
• Organize the creative library to maintain asset management.
• Maintain a steady flow of fresh ad concepts and know when to scrap ineffective creatives without hesitation.
