Mid Project Manager

BPX S.A. is recruiting for a long-term, internal Project Manager role focused on projects in the BI / Data & Analytics domain, utilizing Microsoft technologies.

• Minimum 1.5–2 years experience coordinating IT projects or as a Project Manager
• Experience collaborating with technical teams
• Ability to plan tasks and monitor their completion
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies
• Good client communication and relationship-building skills
• Responsibility for own tasks and agreements
• Problem-solving mindset and team support
• Good organization, prioritization, and administrative process handling
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in BI, Data & Analytics, or reporting projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
• Experience working with dashboards, reports, data warehouses, or data models
• Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams

• Plan project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinate project team including BI consultants, developers, data engineers, and architects
• Collaborate with business clients to gather requirements and translate them to technical scope
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions
• Ensure quality of deliverables such as reports, dashboards, and data models
• Maintain project documentation and administrative processes
• Report project status to stakeholders
• Support effective communication between business and technical teams
