MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with Copilot Development

• Minimum 3-5 years experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights modules
• Practical programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Power Platform environment, especially Dataverse
• Experience configuring solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD automation processes
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication
• Higher or relevant education
• Willingness to occasionally travel to office

Nice to have:

• Communicative knowledge of German or another European language

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Create extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrate with external systems
• Implement process automation using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Develop and configure Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Integrate CRM with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Graph, and APIs
• Analyze technical requirements and design architecture in collaboration with business
• Optimize solutions and ensure code quality through code reviews and CI/CD practices
• Create technical documentation and support project teams
