MS Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Consultant – Functional (Finance)

IT consulting company offering B2B cooperation with clients in Poland, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.

• Minimum 5 years experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance) or Dynamics AX.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, budgeting, and accounting.
• Experience in business process analysis, modeling, and ERP system mapping.
• Practical experience with end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance financial modules.
• Experience in data migration and preparing functional specifications.
• Ability to conduct analytical workshops and gather business requirements.
• Experience cooperating with technical teams on system extensions.
• Knowledge of ERP system integrations is an asset.
• English language skills enabling fluent communication in project settings.

Nice to have:

• Communicative knowledge of German or another European language.

• Analyze clients' financial processes and identify business needs.
• Design and configure solutions in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Conduct workshops with clients and prepare analytical and functional documentation.
• Advise on financial process optimization using ERP system capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system extensions and integrations.
• Plan and execute data migrations and support testing and solution deployment.
• Participate in comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects.
