• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• First experience in software development through university projects, internships, bootcamps, personal projects, non-profit work, or commercial experience.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and programming principles.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Interest in modern web technologies and digital solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
• Familiarity with some backend programming (Java, .NET, Node.js).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Any portfolio, GitHub repository, university project, or personal application demonstrating interest in software development.

• Supporting the development and maintenance of business applications under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Participating in development activities, including implementing new features, fixing bugs, and testing solutions.
• Collaborating on both back-end and front-end related tasks depending on project needs.
• Assisting in creation and maintenance of low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Learning and applying good programming practices, including clean code principles and code quality standards.
• Taking part in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Working closely with an international team and communicating in English daily.
• Continuously developing technical skills and staying updated with modern technologies and development trends.
