Solution Engineer (AI & Big Data)

As part of the US-based KMS Technology group, Addepto combines AI specialization with enterprise-scale delivery, helping clients move from AI experimentation to production.

• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in technical roles related to AI/ML products, data platforms, consulting, or cloud architecture.
• Foundational understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience deploying cloud-based AI solutions and data platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients/projects.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows from data preprocessing to deployment.
• Familiarity with LLM applications, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Working knowledge of MLOps and orchestration tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Understanding of modern data architectures and engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks).
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills (minimum C1).

• Exposure or interest in sales processes, technical demos, and customer engagements.

• Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales, explaining AI/LLMs and modern data platforms to align with client goals.
• Lead or support technical discovery sessions to clarify business problems and assess AI/ML and data platform feasibility.
• Design and communicate solution architectures, including LLM integrations, AI/ML designs, RAG, vector databases, orchestration pipelines, and modern cloud data architectures.
• Create and deliver technical PoCs, PoVs, demo narratives, and prototypes supporting proposals and delivery.
• Contribute to internal R&D by evaluating emerging AI tools, libraries, frameworks, and data technologies, translating insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales through full implementation.
