Senior Data Engineer (Azure Data Factory)

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks including pipeline design, orchestration, triggers, parameterization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment-aware development
• Excellent knowledge of Python, including Azure Functions and REST APIs
• Strong SQL skills with solid understanding of data modeling for ETL/ELT and warehouse workloads
• Experience with CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps including pipelines and multi-environment deployments
• Solid understanding of Azure services such as Azure SQL Database and Azure Key Vault
• Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and reporting
• Consulting mindset with proactive communication and collaboration skills
• Independent and responsible approach to delivering high-quality solutions
• Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of dbt
• Experience implementing data warehouses on Azure

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines including orchestration, parameterization, and triggers
• Configure and manage linked services and datasets within Azure Data Factory
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines for performance
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and support the data warehouse layer (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Synapse)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions collaborating with Product Owner and Architect
• Develop and maintain Python-based components such as Azure Functions, API integrations, and automation scripts
• Contribute to CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps including pipelines, releases, and promotion across environments
• Support occasional Power BI dashboarding and reporting
• Ensure proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and risk visibility
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive continuous platform improvements
