• Senior-level expertise in Java and Spring Boot development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools: Jenkins (shared libs), GitHub, Maven, Groovy, Jira
• Strong REST API design skills with best practices including Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0, microservices architecture, and JSON
• Knowledge of security and authorization protocols, especially OAuth 2.0, and experience with Kong API Gateway
• Experience in Agile environments with practices like TDD, paired programming, and automated testing
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
• Passion for learning new technologies and contributing to knowledge-sharing culture

• Develop and deliver high-quality software applications following agreed requirements
• Work in a multi-disciplinary Agile team utilizing modern design principles and evolving technologies
• Define, implement, and govern quality engineering standards, maintaining expertise in required tech stacks
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable Java code meeting Definition of Done and non-functional requirements
• Conduct unit tests and contribute to automated test coverage using Agile testing methodologies such as TDD
• Ensure robust REST API design aligned with industry best practices (OpenAPI 3.0, Swagger)
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to foster clear communication and effective working relationships
• Champion continuous improvement in tooling, processes, and systems through innovation and best practices
