Data Analyst

For our Client from banking industry, we are looking for a Data Analyst located in Gdańsk/Gdynia with office presence 3 days per week.

• Knowledge of SQL (must have)
• Experience working with complex requirements
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality
• Experience with Hive
• Good communication skills
• Ownership and independence on tasks, features, and user stories
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, and big data

Nice to have:

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Python related coding skills
• Spark

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organizational units
• Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
