Engineering Team Leader (Platform Web)

XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. It is the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, operating in several countries including Asia and South America. The Technical Platform team builds web applications using a microfrontend architecture with a strong focus on quality, scalability, maintainability, and modern technologies.

• Several years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect.
• Several years of formal people management experience as a manager.
• Hands-on experience developing and evolving web applications based on microfrontend architecture (Angular).
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability of web applications.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects, from architecture design through production deployment.
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
