Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists based on own business activity - B2B, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is from the financial sector.

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in business or infrastructure application areas
• Very good knowledge of classical and agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with Lean Management methodology is a plus
• Experience in the financial/banking sector is an advantage
• Experience in international (cross-market) environments
• Knowledge of IT system development methodologies and software engineering
• Experience in requirements analysis and IT system design
• Skills in risk, change, and communication management in projects
• Effectiveness, precision, and responsibility for tasks
• High communication skills and ability to organize own work and team collaboration
• Proficient in working with JIRA including task creation, reporting, and data processing
• Very good command of English at minimum B2/C1 level

• Managing projects and optimization activities throughout the entire project lifecycle including goal setting, requirements analysis, roadmap creation, SDLC adherence, and acceptance criteria creation
• Risk management, change management, and communication within projects
• Collaboration with business process owners, Tribe (Spotify Model), IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Cloud teams
• Reporting progress, issues, changes, and risks according to business owner agreements
• Cooperation with internal clients and external suppliers
• Participation and facilitation of ongoing workshops
• Building and maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Organizing and facilitating operational meetings (status, decision-making, alignment)
• Reporting project progress including key milestones, budget, and quality
• Ensuring consistency in planning and reporting using JIRA, maintaining transparency of task status (reports, KPIs, dashboards via JIRA/tracking tools)
