AI Engineer (K/M)

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and deploying Machine Learning/AI solutions in production.
• Proficient in Python and experienced in creating scalable systems.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI technologies (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and technologies (LLMs, RAG, MCP).
• Strong skills in AI/ML system design, model selection, deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) used daily.
• Documented experience managing projects from conception through PoC to production deployment.
• Effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with A2A protocols and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of AI agent testing, monitoring, and reliability assurance.
• Understanding AI safety, alignment, and ethics.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and legal regulations.
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking and finance.

• Comprehensive design and scaling of AI-based applications.
• Prototyping and validating AI use cases, advancing from PoC to full production deployment.
• Developing solutions based on Agentic AI and Generative AI (including LLMs, RAG, MCP, A2A).
• Integrating AI with vector databases, APIs, and enterprise-class systems.
• Exploring new AI tools and creating PoC implementations.
• Deploying and monitoring solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and risk management.
• Promoting ethical and responsible AI practices.
• Mentoring team members and sharing AI best practices.
