QA Automation Engineer (Playwright & TypeScript)

• University degree (at least Engineer level) from a Technical University.
• Commercial experience writing, maintaining, and debugging end-to-end tests with Playwright.
• Proficient in TypeScript, including advanced typing, interfaces, and asynchronous programming (async/await).
• Knowledge and application of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Strong skills in Node.js, including dependency management with npm/yarn and scripting.
• Expert use of Chrome DevTools for debugging and locator building.
• Advanced knowledge of Git workflows and experience with GitHub.
• Ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines configurations using YAML.
• Experience maintaining test automation with GitHub Actions.
• Effective use of AI tools and assistants in test development.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and scenario creation.

• Familiarity with other automation frameworks and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#.

• Understand and implement testing strategies including e2e, integration, and functional tests.
• Analyze requirements such as user stories and acceptance criteria to develop precise test scenarios.
• Create detailed and clear bug reports with reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots.
• Write, maintain, and debug e2e tests using the Playwright framework.
• Design test structures following best practices and the Page Object Model (POM) pattern.
• Manage dependencies and scripts in the Node.js environment using npm or yarn.
• Use Chrome DevTools proficiently for DOM inspection, network traffic analysis, and debugging.
• Work daily with Git including branching, commits, pull requests, merging, rebasing, and conflict resolution on the GitHub platform.
• Create and modify YAML configurations for CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain Playwright tests within GitHub Actions, including managing retries, reports, screenshots, and trace artifacts.
• Utilize AI tools and programming assistants via CLI to optimize test creation.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with clients and developers.
• Act proactively to resolve technological challenges.
