Cybersecurity Project Manager

Cybersecurity services support role focused on managing cybersecurity projects, offered by Dawid Wierciak Flow to Grow in Warsaw with hybrid work model.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Master’s degree.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and controls, including defense-in-depth, Zero Trust architectures, threat vectors, and risk management.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, compliance, and legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Advanced project management skills, including risk management, quality management, and vendor and procurement management.
• Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience in delivering IT Security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge and experience in managing cybersecurity projects for EU classified environments.
• Experience supporting the management of resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity investment portfolios.
• Strong team management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Required certifications:

• At least four certifications, or internationally recognized equivalents.
• At least two certifications from the Cybersecurity domain: CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate.
• At least two certifications from the Project and IT Service Management domain: PM2 Advanced, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation.

• Manage cybersecurity projects throughout their complete lifecycle and scope.
• Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Assure and control the quality of project deliverables.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
• Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders.
• Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, and balance team priorities and workload.
• Motivate and coordinate project team members.
• Manage communication within the project and with the external environment.
• Produce project management documentation, including plans, logs, and schedules.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
• Organize and conduct project meetings.
