Wymagania

  • 5+ years hands-on development experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Proven experience in production support or managed services/BAU environment.
  • Strong track record delivering supportable customizations and fixes in live systems.
  • Strong development skills in X++, extensions, event handlers, Chain of Command.
  • Proficient in debugging techniques and log/trace analysis.
  • Experience with SSRS, Data Entities, DMF.
  • Familiarity with integrations (OData/services and Azure integration patterns).
  • Experience with LCS, deployable packages, servicing and updates.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pull requests, pipelines, releases).

  • Experience supporting multi-legal entity and multi-country deployments.
  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments.

  • Mandatory Microsoft D365 Developer certification.

Obowiązki

  • Act as the L3 technical escalation point for D365 F&O incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues including batch job failures, data integrity, integration failures, and environment-specific issues.
  • Perform deep root cause analysis using logs, traces, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques.
  • Produce high-quality fixes including hotfixes and data fixes.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft Support and third-party vendors/ISVs as needed.

Development & Engineering (X++, Extensions, Best Practice):

  • Design, build, and maintain extension-based solutions following Microsoft best practices.
  • Develop and support X++ customisations and extensions, SSRS reports, Data Entities, and custom services.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, security, maintainability, supportability, and compliance.
  • Optimize solution performance through query tuning, indexing, caching, batch scheduling, and workload separation.

Integrations, Data & Platform Support:

  • Support and enhance integrations such as OData, REST services, DMF, Azure integrations, and Power Platform touchpoints.
  • Diagnose and resolve interface and data movement issues.
  • Support data corrections, reconciliation routines, entity-based imports/exports, ensuring auditability and controlled execution.

Release, Environment & DevOps Management:

  • Support release planning and deployment execution across environments.
  • Manage Azure DevOps work items, branching, pull requests, and pipelines.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD practices including automated validation, code quality checks, and release approvals.
  • Support LCS activities like environment health checks, deployable packages, updates, and hotfixing.

Security & Licensing:

  • Manage user access rights, security role troubleshooting, duty/privilege analysis.
  • Support user licensing and license renewal processes.

Service Management, Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Operate within ITIL-aligned MSS processes (incident, problem, change, request fulfilment).
  • Produce technical documentation such as RCA reports, technical notes, deployment runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement problem prevention and automation.
  • Support and guide L1 and L2 support teams.
