Tester Manualny

People More is a technology company working on projects for clients in Poland and abroad, developing projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. They work directly for clients and support partners on their own solutions, offering a wide range of projects and the possibility of changes, across global projects.

• Several years of experience in manual testing of applications or IT systems.
• Practical knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (preferably Jira and Zephyr).
• Ability to create test cases and document test results.
• Good organization and independence in assigned tasks.
• Communication skills and effective collaboration in agile teams.
• Focus on team goals and joint product quality building.
• Familiarity with software life cycle and basic testing processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience with low-code platforms like Ferryt or similar.
• Good understanding of IT system architecture and operations.
• Knowledge of business processes and products used in the banking sector.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher).

• Designing and executing test scenarios for applications and IT systems.
• Conducting functional tests based on business requirements and project documentation.
• Verifying system correctness and assessing compliance with business and technical expectations.
• Identifying, documenting, and monitoring reported bugs and collaborating on their analysis.
• Preparing and maintaining test cases and other artifacts supporting the testing process.
• Creating and updating documentation related to software quality.
• Participating in testing new functionalities and changes in project environments.
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

The job is open to candidates located anywhere with a preference for Kraków or remote work; the recruitment process includes remote interviews.
