Jira Administrator

Join a global life science and biotechnology company based in Wrocław.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience administering Jira.
• Experience managing users, groups, roles, and permissions.
• Understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes for users and access.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Very good English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Polarion ALM.
• Experience in software license management, familiarity with AI-related tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, Claude).
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with workflow automation and process improvements.
• Basic skills in scripting, integrations, or application automation.

• Administer, maintain and enhance Jira, Confluence, and Polarion environments.
• Configure projects, workflows, permission schemes, forms, and automation rules.
• Organize and manage spaces and documentation repositories.
• Provide day-to-day user support and promote best practices.
• Gather requirements and implement improvements to support productivity and collaboration.
• Identify and implement automation for repetitive or manual tasks.
• Manage software licenses for business and IT applications including AI, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
• Handle user access and licensing processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor license utilization and propose optimization opportunities.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new tools and services.
• Create and maintain administrative and user documentation.
