Senior Software Developer SAP ABAP for S/4 HANA (f/m)

This role is within Bosch Digital in Poland, focusing on the Foreign Trade Classification Data (FTCD) product, a core SAP S/4 HANA Master Data solution used globally by Bosch divisions.

• Several years of hands-on development experience on SAP S/4 HANA, AMDPs, and CDS views
• Proficiency in programming languages: ABAP and SQL
• Experience with UML/TOGAF
• Development experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
• Knowledge of database features of SAP S/4 HANA ON PREMISE Foundation Release 2023 FPS 03
• Experience with Business Rule Framework (BRF+)
• Good knowledge in technical areas: CDS Views, AMDP, OOP concepts, Web services, ADBC concepts, RFC, FPM
• Experience in Workflow Management
• Knowledge of Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• Understanding of MDM processes including Material master and connected objects (Material classification, Document info records, Engineering Change Master, BOM, Purchase info records)

• Design, build, test, and deploy new capabilities for the Foreign Trade Classification Data (FTCD) product
• Develop SAP ABAP code and use BRF+, AMDP, and CDS views to meet business requirements
• Analyze and evaluate application enhancement requirements with customers and senior architects
• Solve business issues by analyzing existing code using SAP S/4 HANA services
• Prepare technical design documents for unit testing and integration support
• Drive quality and standards in software engineering community, providing innovative solution approaches
• Collaborate with Architects and IT Functional Consultants to ensure successful user story completion
• Represent and argue technical and implementation decisions to architects and customers
• Write end user documents, document using UML/TOGAF in Sparx Enterprise Architect and train end users
• Provide 3rd Level Support for defects not found during quality assurance
