The role is for Otte Polo Group, reporting to the CEO within the Operations / Business Intelligence department.

Wymagania

Required:

  • 3+ years experience administering Zoho CRM and/or Zoho One.
  • B2 English level.
  • Strong experience with Zoho Analytics.
  • Experience building executive dashboards and operational reports.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting.
  • Experience configuring workflows, automation, and custom functions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and relational databases.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Zoho FSM.
  • Experience with Zoho Billing or Zoho Books.
  • Experience integrating Zoho with third-party applications using APIs.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing.
  • Experience supporting field service or home service organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.

Obowiązki

Zoho Platform Administration:

  • Serve as subject matter expert for Zoho One and integrated applications.
  • Maintain and optimize Zoho CRM, FSM, Billing, Analytics, and related products.
  • Configure custom modules, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
  • Recommend platform improvements and ensure scalable system configuration.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Design executive dashboards and operational reports within Zoho Analytics.
  • Develop frameworks consolidating data across CRM, FSM, Billing, and other systems.
  • Build self-service dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring.
  • Design metrics supporting operational and strategic decisions.
  • Create automated reporting schedules and KPI scorecards.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy through data modeling and validation.

Data Management & Analytics:

  • Design and maintain centralized reporting data model.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across Zoho applications.
  • Improve data quality, governance, and reporting reliability.
  • Develop historical reporting for trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPI definitions and standards.

Automation & Process Improvement:

  • Develop custom workflows using Zoho Deluge scripting.
  • Build automation to eliminate manual processes.
  • Create custom functions, scheduled workflows, and business rules.
  • Configure integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations via automation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Leadership to understand needs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations to improve business processes.
  • Participate in system enhancements and digital transformation projects.

User Support & Training:

  • Serve as primary Zoho platform contact.
  • Train users on best practices and new capabilities.
  • Develop SOPs, user guides, and documentation.
  • Support adoption of new features and improvements.

Leadership & Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Recommend business process improvements based on platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate new Zoho applications and features.
  • Define long-term reporting and business intelligence strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership on system enhancement priorities.
  • Ensure Zoho ecosystem supports growth and scalability.
