• Higher education, preferably technical
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Good work organization and project and investment management skills
• Experience in a similar position
• Responsibility and independence
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Stress resistance
• Knowledge of the technical market as an additional advantage
• Knowledge of English or German is a plus

• Organizing and coordinating construction in accordance with approved work schedules
• Ordering materials required for the investment per contract specifications
• Market research and acquiring subcontracting companies
• Supervising the quality and timeliness of work performed
• Controlling subcontractors in accordance with contract provisions
• Preparing post-construction and acceptance documentation
