Senior Condition and Performance Monitoring Engineer

TechnipFMC is a global energy industry company with more than 21,000 employees worldwide. The role is part of the Field Performance Department in the Krakow Global Engineering Center, cooperating closely with the Global Center of Expertise in Lysaker, Norway, and other TechnipFMC entities.

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent with focus on production optimization and integrity
• At least 5 years of experience with configuration, testing, and field support of Production Services applications
• Working knowledge of Jira or other Agile project management tools
• Knowledge of Confluence or other collaboration tools
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and/or HTML5
• Ability to operate effectively in a global project team environment
• Ability to perform field support activities in close collaboration with end clients
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

• Designing and configuring web-based online applications for Production Services such as monitoring (CPM), metering (VFM), and integrity (LDS)
• Configuring and testing online application modules using the TechnipFMC Watch framework
• Implementing technical solutions according to project specifications and field technical details
• Preparing and executing FAT and IFAT testing, defining test setups and scenarios, and writing test reports
• Registering and analyzing issues, findings, and improvement proposals in bug tracking systems
• Collaborating closely with other project team members to ensure on-time project deliveries
• Providing field support of the online applications in close collaboration with Global Center of Expertise, Customer Service team, and end clients

The position is based on a hybrid work model with 4 days in office and 1 day remote. Candidates must have strong English communication skills at the B2 level and must be able to operate effectively in a global project team environment.
