• Minimum secondary technical education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support and infrastructure administration role.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
• Knowledge of construction, operation, and service of computers and servers, particularly Dell and HP.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows 7+, MS Windows Server 2012+, and MS Office 365.
• Ability to perform basic administration of MS Windows Server 2012+ and MSSQL 2012+.
• Understanding of the ISO/OSI model and computer network operations.
• Skills in servicing industrial printers and scanners (Zebra / Symbol).
• Willingness to perform IT duty shifts and travel on business trips within the EU.
• Valid driving license category B.

• Administration and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, including server, network, and wireless environments.
• Providing technical support to end users and IT devices in office and production environments through the Ivanti system.
• Configuration, preparation, and deployment of workstations with Windows 11 for new users.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues for Dell computers and peripheral devices.
• Installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of application software.
• Supporting production environment by solving issues related to servers, networks, databases, and production line computers.
• Monitoring and handling network infrastructure, server systems, Dell storage arrays, and business process support systems.
• Basic configuration and maintenance of Cisco network switches and wireless networks.
• Configuration, administration, and support of industrial Zebra printers.
• Monitoring backup execution correctness and supporting backup and recovery processes using Avamar.
• Participating in deployment of new technologies, infrastructure projects, IT projects, and projects supporting production development.
• Strict adherence to corporate IT standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Performing IT on-call duties according to schedule and rules to ensure continuous support for key business processes.
