The role involves collaboration with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, supporting Amplifon's network of clinics in Poland.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT applications, Business Intelligence, or Data & Analytics environments.
- Experience in delivering IT projects and partnering with business stakeholders in an international environment.
- Practical knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Experience in managing, supporting, and continuously improving business applications and CRM & ERP systems (preferably Oracle CRM & ERP).
- Good understanding of business processes, system integrations, and IT service management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and external vendors.
- Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2) and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence platforms.
- Experience in the Retail industry and international environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL and incident management processes.
Obowiązki
- Ensure the stability, optimization, and continuous development of business applications and systems supporting the company's operations and retail network.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage and develop the Business Intelligence area, data platforms, and reporting solutions.
- Oversee system integrations, process standardization, and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Provide second-level support for local business applications and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate local and global changes and support the implementation of international IT projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors and local and regional stakeholders to ensure business continuity and successful delivery of business objectives.
