Młodszy/a Specjalista/ka ds. Danych i Procesów Zakupowych (Junior Data and Purchasing Process Specialist)

Prettl Adion Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Junior Data and Purchasing Process Specialist to join their global Procurement team in Bydgoszcz. The role involves supporting purchasing organization activities related to data management, reporting, and procurement process improvement within an international context.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Management, or related field.
• Internship or trainee experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience or knowledge of Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and process-oriented approach.
• Effective work organization and attention to detail.
• Independence and proactive problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).
• Polish language skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Business One, and SRM systems.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of business process mapping.
• Experience with AI-powered reporting tools.
• Knowledge of German, Spanish, or Portuguese languages.

• Maintaining and updating purchasing master data in the SAP system.
• Managing supplier data and purchasing documentation.
• Supporting contract administration and purchasing price lists.
• Managing purchasing data structure and categorization.
• Ensuring data consistency between systems.
• Supporting global purchasing processes and related documentation.
• Participating in supplier approval and qualification processes.
• Maintaining templates and standard purchasing documents.
• Supporting purchasing process standardization and optimization initiatives.
• Creating and developing dashboards in Power BI.
• Preparing reports and KPIs for the purchasing department.
• Analyzing purchasing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Supporting decision-making by providing business analytics.
• Automating reports and reporting processes.
• Supporting development and maintenance of SAP, SAP HANA, SRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Participating in projects related to digitalization of purchasing processes.
• Testing new functionalities before implementation.
• Updating data due to product and process changes (PCN/PTN).
• Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and global Procurement teams.
• Cooperating with manufacturing sites worldwide.
