Administrator SolidWorks PDM​ (k/m/n)

Rockfin sp. z o.o. is a leading global engineering company specializing in designing, manufacturing, testing, and servicing oil and fuel systems for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, compressors, and high-pressure drives and control systems. Their solutions are used in nuclear, gas, coal, and hydro power plants, drilling platforms, FPSO ships, renewable energy sources, petrochemical industry, and other industrial branches.

• Experience in administering SolidWorks PDM
• Ability to configure SolidWorks PDM repositories (creating and modifying workflows, data cards, templates)
• Desirable knowledge of the Dispatch add-in
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to create reports
• Optimization and maintenance of the database environment
• Experience working with CAD environments, particularly SolidWorks, is a plus
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite and ability to create macros
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication with other company departments
• Independence and responsibility for the system
• English language proficiency at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Dispatch add-in
• Experience with SolidWorks CAD environment

• Administering the SolidWorks PDM system
• Creating user accounts and managing permissions
• Conducting training sessions on SolidWorks PDM
• Providing helpdesk support to resolve user issues related to SolidWorks PDM
• Implementing new solutions and changes in SolidWorks PDM configuration
• Monitoring SolidWorks PDM system performance
• Testing new versions, add-ons, and changes in the SolidWorks PDM application
• Supporting team members in daily tasks
