IT Support & Security Specialist (K/M/X)

Formeds Sp. z o.o. is a dynamically growing company in the supplementation industry. The role supports the internal IT department by ensuring the daily operational effectiveness of hardware and establishing the first line of IT security protection. The workplace is located in Poznań, at both the office and production facility, reflecting the company's emphasis on physical presence for IT support and security.

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
• Driving license category B to work across two locations
• Communication skills and patience for interacting with non-IT users
• Independence and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Polish language (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Comarch ERP XL or WMS
• Basic understanding of Active Directory (account creation, GPO)
• Familiarity with ESET Endpoint Security or similar AV tools
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Security+ or willingness to acquire them
• Experience in production or warehouse environments
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages

• Onboarding hardware for new employees, including laptop issuance, Microsoft 365 account setup, and access configuration
• Offboarding processes such as equipment collection and access revocation
• First-line helpdesk support including password resets, printers, Teams, Office, and email
• Managing warehouse equipment including WMS scanners, label printers for DPD/InPost, and TNA recorders
• Inventory management of computers and devices assigned to users
• Escalating server and network issues
• Working on-site at both office and production locations as per schedule
• Daily monitoring of ESET antivirus console and Veeam backup status
• Verification of active Active Directory (AD) accounts and onboarding/offboarding accuracy
• Checking BitLocker and Windows Update status on workstations
• Initial response to security incidents like phishing or suspicious activities
• Preparing weekly security reports
• Supporting simulated phishing tests
• Reminding employees about password policies and IT security best practices
