Senior Treasury Systems Specialist (Kyriba)

• Subject Matter Expert in Banking, Internal Finance, or Treasury systems; experience with Kyriba preferred.
• Familiarity with SWIFT payment and bank statement standards (ISO20022/MT messages).
• Strong interest in business application configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Alteryx Analytics, Data Science, and Automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
• Experience with formal change management processes including requirements elicitation, documentation, project coordination, and planning.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience administering Treasury or Banking applications or as a Kyriba super-user.
• Treasury or Finance background with understanding of international banking practices.
• Interest and experience in automation and reporting using various technologies (BI) highly desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to make decisions based on insights impacting the team.
• Ability to prioritize client issues accordingly.
• Understanding of relevant local regulatory requirements.

• Provide day-to-day support of the Kyriba application and its interfaces with global banks and capital markets systems.
• Assist in establishing connectivity between Kyriba and banks, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate within a global virtual support team and with sales/client servicing teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop knowledge of Kyriba and international banking practices; assist in training new users and offices.
• Support onboarding of new business into banking processes and Kyriba application across cultures and time zones.
• Prepare process documentation and assist in annual ISAE3000/3402 audit exercises.
• Share knowledge to meet team targets.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding delivery and escalations.
• Build credibility across stakeholder groups and ensure high standards of client delivery.
• Engage with business users to understand needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Keep updated on business trends and technology changes.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage resources to deliver timely, accurate, and professional results.
• Ensure relevant information is obtained and shared as needed.
• Take responsibility for delivering high-quality products and services.
• Implement improvements to client service.
