Senior IT Auditor (m/f)

Medicover is hiring for an IT Auditor position based in Poznań, Poland. The role involves compliance and audit within regulated environments like financial services and healthcare. The company supports employee development through conferences, e-learning, mentoring, and technical knowledge sharing.

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas.
• 3+ years IT audit experience with a risk-based and process-oriented focus, including Internal Audit in regulated environments.
• Meeting formal UKSC requirements for IT auditors in context of NIS 2 auditing.
• Relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL are highly desirable.
• Experience managing a small project team and coordinating with outsourcing partners.
• Knowledge of IT frameworks including COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and ISO standards.
• Understanding of DORA and NIS 2 requirements.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Hybrid work model with occasional weeks in Warsaw office.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 15-20%.

• Developing IT audit function and its methodologies.
• Conducting IT risks assessment for internal audit planning.
• Conducting IT risk-based audits including DORA, NIS 2 and other relevant acts compliance verifications.
• Execution and documentation of all audit process steps including planning, scheduling, preparation of working papers, reporting of initial results to management and drafting high quality audit reports.
• Formulating clear, objective and relevant conclusions and practicable recommendations.
• Reporting of IT audits results to management and obtaining their sign-off.
• Following-up on action plans to ensure timely mitigation.
• Building and maintaining internal relationships with key stakeholders.

Work model is hybrid with 4 days per month in Warsaw office. International travel might be required (max 15-20%).
