• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of responsibility, engagement, and self-organization.
• Perform assigned tasks according to accepted procedures and rules.
• Punctuality.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Manage incidents in the Client's ticketing system.
• Solve technical problems related to hardware and software.
• Install and inventory IT equipment.
• Diagnose damaged equipment and repair or monitor external repairs.
• Supervise end-user infrastructure including workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Ensure and maintain the highest quality of services provided.
• Manage acceptance and installation of hardware orders.
• Ensure continuity of entrusted services and processes.
