IT Operations Engineer

• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu Server).
• Experience in deploying and administering web services including proxying and ensuring high availability.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Experience working with Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud workspaces protocols and standards including policies, API, SAML, SCIM.
• Experience with cloud workspace platforms such as Google Workspace and Yandex 360 including federations, SSO, and policy/object management.
• Knowledge of Python.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud providers AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking technologies.

• Support of internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer.
• Investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents.
• Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate cloud services (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.).
• Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate on-premises services (backup, services, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.).
• On-call duties (shifts).
